Zooplankton definition: Tiny animals found in all ocean zones.

Zooplankton are a community of species but there are 3 major groups.

Crustacea: Some species in this group would be crabs, pawns, shrimps and lobsters.

Rotifers:Multi cell animals, most people have never heard of their existence. They have less than 1,000 cells in them.

Protozoa's- Smallest animal most can be seen under a microscope, they eat tiny algae and bacteria.
